I have had the worst customer service experience with Papa Johns over the last TWO days that I have experienced in a few years. The «managers» have been unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I very rarely order out and the one time I do from here (in years) I am treated terribly. Your S. Hamilton Rd location in Columbus, OH and the managers Teana & Rich have been a terrible representation of your corporation.

If I could give zero I would. I ordered my pizza at 10:15, and it’s now 12:38. No call, phone lines busy, and still no pizza. Every time we use this location it’s late over an hour. Sometimes they don’t show up. I’ll never use them again.

This is the worst Papa John’s ever. Twice they have failed to deliver my call ahead orders, and they never even tell you, they just don’t show up. Avoid this one at all costs.

This was our first meal upon moving to Columbus and we were more than satisfied! Papa Johns is the best Pizza chain, we have tried them all, Pizza Hut, Donatos, Dominos, Howies, Masseys and keep coming back to Papas. They always have great deals, the garlic dipping sauce is the best, the dough and sauce, the meat, everything is always on point!
