Found a great price on a motor online. Called ahead to confirm availability. Was told that they wouldn’t pull the motor until I got here but that it would only take about 30 minutes to get it out. Yes, that seemed quick to me but I’m not the one that works here. Anyway, I made them aware that I would be driving 3 hours to pick up the motor and was leaving right away. So I drove the 3 hours, paid for the motor and then was told that they would call me when it was ready. I asked about why I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes and was laughed at while being asked «Can you pull a motor in 30 minutes?» Well no, I can’t but I don’t tell people that I can. So after all of that, the motor wasn’t out before closing time so I drove 3 hours back home with no motor that I had already paid for. The next day, still no phone call. I waited until noon and called them. I was then told that it’s still not out but could come and get it. Well I didn’t have 3 hours until closing again, so I had to wait through the weekend and come Monday morning. Here I am. The motor is in my truck. Looks decent. Experience was terrible. I’ll update the post with art quality after its installed.
