Perfect Balance Heating & Cooling

Came for repair call at time promised, diagnosed our problem quickly, repaired it on site, and answered all our questions honestly. Gave our furnace a «checkup» and suggested a few maintenance things we could do on our own. Will definitely go to them again if/​when we have problems in the future. Highly recommend!!!

I came home from work to find that the fan on my AC unit was not working, and to top it off it was the first really hot (90+) day of the year. There was a sticker on my furnace with another company’s number on it, which was there from the previous owner, so I immediately called them. I reached their voicemail, was instructed to leave a message and someone would get back to me within an hour. No one ever did. Normally this wouldn’t have been such a big deal, but I knew that the next day was going to be just as hot and I have a dog that is dying of bone cancer, so I didn’t want make him any more uncomfortable than he already was. Knowing that the longer I waited I would have less of a chance of someone getting out here soon, I tried Perfect Balance. When I called I spoke to a human, not a machine, even though it was getting late in the evening. They got me scheduled for mid-​morning, got here when they said they would and resolved the problem at a very reasonable price. The repairman was very profession and explained everything that he had done. Hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it does, I will immediately call Perfect Balance.
