One word sums it up «AWFUL» Felt like a treat, well to me it was a treat right now so ordered delivery of 8 mild wings, golden waffle fries, cheese bread and 2 x chicken alfredo pasta. Delivery was a little late, no big deal they were probably busy. However the food!!! Dare I call it that? My golden brown waffle fries were burned to a dark black brown and were cold, wings were cold and tasted more like some weird bbq flavor of sorts and deff not buffalo wings. In addition the wings were so salty that they were sickly and I do mean real salty. I threw the waffle fries in the trash and tried warming the wings up desperately hoping to save them, but it only amplified the salt flavor and the weird bbq sauce that was supposed to be buffallo. The pasta was reasonable but overly peppery. Best item was my 2 litre Mt Dew! $ 31.00 incl the tip totally wasted. I know Pizza Hut is capable of far better as I have eaten other locations and had delivery at friends houses from different stores but this time at this location was a huge bust. Not even worth the complaint as I never intend ordering from that location again period. Oh and one last thing, how come they charged me more for cheese sticks on each of my 2 orders of pasta yet only send 1 order of cheese sticks?

My experience last night with this particular Pizza Hut was so atrocious, I created an account with Unilocal just so others would know about the lack of service they should expect. I place an online order at 9:15PM. The estimated delivery time on my confirmation was 10. Sounds good. I live in an apartment, so usually the driver tends to call when they’ve arrived to meet me at the building door. 10:15, nothing. I call the store, and the phone rings twice and then hangs up. Tried again, same thing. Now it’s 20 minutes past my promised delivery time, and I finally get through to the store. I’m promptly placed on hold before I can say anything to the person answering. A good 5 minutes later, a manager answers, and refers to me as ‘sweetie’ multiple times while telling me there’s nothing she can do, that they’re just busy at 10 pm on a Sunday night. Ridiculous. I couldn’t believe how unprofessionally my call was handled. I wasn’t asking for a discount, I wasn’t cancelling my order, I just wanted to know when I could expect what I ordered to show up. Finally, at 10:40, I get a call that the driver is downstairs. He’s confused about which building I’m in. Fine, I explain which door is the right one. He walks up to my door, hitching up his pants with one hand, my pizza in the other, and is talking on his cell phone which is INHISMOUTH. He didn’t say hi or anything, just continued the conversation he was having and handed me the receipt to sign. Considering my order was only $ 12, the $ 2 I tipped after the ridiculous service I’d just experienced was generous. Let’s put the idea of ‘good service’ aside. It blew my mind how oblivious both the manager and driver I dealt with were. Never ordering from this location again.

In the past few months, Pizza Huts, service has been awful, i.e. 2 – 3 hours wait for deliveries and when it arrives the pizza is undone and cold.

Look, I’m sorry for reviewing Pizza Hut. Especially for my 100th review. I also apologize for buying food from Pizza Hut. But sometimes you just want chain food, right? Pizza Hut pan pizza reminds me of my childhood, and the sauce is the best. The best! That said, this particular Pizza Hut is a joke. When I order carryout pizza, I pick up at the one in Clintonville, and it’s always super-fast and good. But when I want delivery, for some reason it comes from this one, and my experience tonight is about typical for this location. It was 6:45 p.m. when I ordered, and I was given an approximate delivery time of 8:15 p.m. OK, fine, they’re busy and understaffed, I can wait. At 8:45 p.m., I start to get impatient, so I call the store. After sitting through a a dozen rings and then being put on hold for five minutes, I spoke to someone who said my pizza would be «leaving the store» in 15 – 20 minutes. Fine. Finally, at 9:45 p.m., a car pulls up and parks outside my house. I open the door and stand in the doorway. And stand. And stand some more. After about 3 – 4 minutes of standing, a body slowly emerges from the car and lumbers up my driveway. I said, «Are you Pizza Hut?» She says yes, and she was about to call the store because she couldn’t find my house. She lumbers back to her car to get my pizza. It took so long that I was able to go back into my office and get some change so I could give a $ 1 tip, instead of the $ 3 tip I had originally intended. I mean, come on, I know my house number is hard to read, but in this day and age of GPS and Google Maps, there’s no excuse for not being sure about where a house is… ESPECIALLYWHEN I’M STANDINGINTHEDOORWAY. So the pizza was all right… not exactly piping hot, but at least the toppings were right. I just don’t understand how I can order from Papa John’s or any local chain and they can get me a pizza in 30 minutes, but Pizza Hut can’t. They don’t even attempt to promise it. I’ve never had an estimate of less than 90 minutes from this Pizza Hut. I just need to remember to pick up so I can avoid ever doing business with this terrible store ever again.
