I placed my order at 18:05. The estimate I was given for the arrival of my food was 18:35. At 19:00 I called the store to inquire about my order. I was rudely told by an employee that the online estimate was wrong, and that delivery times took an hour to an hour and a half. When I started to ask why the employee hung up on me. The delivery driver arrived at 19:35, right as I was calling to cancel the order. I accepted the food anyway, but it was barely warm. If I had known that they would overshoot their estimated delivery time by an hour I would not have ordered, and I don’t think I will be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
