One of the worst apartments and service! The AC has not been working past 1 week and this is not the first time problem happening, The problem keep recurring in this hot summer and our apartment is on the top floor with consistently 84 – 89 F inside. The technicians attended the issue once and the AC was not fixed. Since it’s been a week of sleepless nights, when talked to the manager, she never cared about our discomfort and started convincing that they are trying their best with a professional company to fix it. I don’t know how long it would take for an apartment to fix even if it’s very serious problem. Our lease is going to end in about 10 days time and expressed that we wanted to leave for a better place and she wants 60 days notice. In this condition, I don’t think we can stay even for 1 more day and she would still charge penalty of lease breakage. She denied giving us any concession or any other alternative. She added as per law, if the issue is not attended in 30 days then I can leave by lay. I think they wanted to abuse this 30 day law as much as they could as it’s quite evident that the complete unit has to be fixed which they are very reluctant to do and we are helpless as out hands are tied by this law. After a week struggle, if they fix the next day morning, what is the surety that the problem never come again, She also added that this problem exists in many apartments and they are bearing it. More than the trouble itself, their customer service is pathetic with improper way of addressing and discussing. They spelled my name wrong in the welcome email sent to me and the same wrong name was on their paper work. For everything, I need to visit the office and ask them about it which would take long time. They have a very bad Gym facility and they say free Gym membership somewhere which is 12 miles away that no one would dare to spend gas and time to go there. It’s really very bad experience and never ever recommend anybody to consider this apartments. Very costly rent for the facility they provide and not worth it. There are more minor issues which I don’t wanted to elaborate in detail hope this incident would have given a clear idea about their attitude and service. Their bathrooms are way smaller that only dwarfs can bath.

I moved here based off the reviews I read online and i made the wrong decision to move here. It is a great area to live but polaris crossing is the wrong place to live in. The interior is a complete joke and absolutely disgusting. when you move into a new home you would expect it to be clean. I spent hours cleaning the cabinets and bathrooms from dirt, grime, who knows what kind of hair, and dried food. The cabinets are peeling away from the fake wood paper on them and the bathrooms have what seems to be mold in the cracks. This is not the worst part of living here. The neighbors have no respect for anyone. They let their kids run up and down the stairs screaming and riding scooters in the breezeway. I was also moved into a second floor apartment a couple months ago only to find out that there was a family with young children living above me! Who moves someone who sleeps during the day under a family who is home all day? I have mentioned this issue and was told I would be moved to a different apartment but nothing has been done! I was told this over a month ago. I was also told i had to pay fees again when I have already paid them and I am the one who has miserable living conditions! It sounds like a heard of elephants above me and i am constantly banging on the floor but that makes them louder. I thought moving to Westerville would have been an upgrade with the area but it is the worst choice I have ever made. If you are looking for a peaceful and nice place to live, this is not the community for you!

Don’t rent here. It’s an average complex, at best. Nothing elaborate about the units. The kicker is that they charge you an arm and a leg when you move out.
I left the unit in great condition: even shampooed the carpets and scrubbed the tub on my hands and knees. I’m very clean, do not smoke, don’t have pets. They charged me hundreds of dollars for the sink not being clean, the tub not being clean, one bent mini blind, and some minor nail holes (not from a flatscreen tv-​nails from PICTURES!). If you want to be financially raped when you move out, go for it.
