Practical Heating and Air Conditioning

Responded promptly to the service call assigned to him by my home warranty company. Showed up right on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly was able to repair my heat pump. Would definitely call on him for service in the future, and would recommend to anyone else.

Last year I had issues with my A/​C and phoned my home warranty to have it fixed, they «assigned» Practical Heating and Air Conditioning to my work order. They responded very quickly to the work order and scheduled an appointment very quickly. Scott was the one who came out and he fixed my a/​c. He was very cordial while he was here, explained everything to me as he was working, and was very willing to answer questions. I’m not sure how much the entire «bill» would have been as my home warranty paid for it.
The second time they came out was today. Again, I submitted a work order through my home warranty yesterday and Scott phoned quickly to schedule an appointment for today. He was prompt, phoned about 30 minutes before arriving, and was very cordial when he was here. He put on the «slippers» over his shoes to not track dirt into the house. Again, he addressed the problem (unit was leaking) and wel’ll see if it’s fixed — I’m hoping it will be.
Again, I’m not sure how much it would have cost as the home warranty covers it, but in regard to their professionalism, promptness, and response to questions and calls he was wonderful!
I’ve had other companies the home warranty «assigned» and they were horrible, I would request these guys any day over the others when I submit a claim with my home warranty.
