I came in with a coupon for 29.90 and I know my truck takes 6.6 quarts of oil the lady told me it would a little like 6.00 an some change and I know they add taxes but and the end of my service my total was almost 50.00 I added everything up at 30+7 an 8% sales tax and it doesn’t come up to even 45.00 so where did the extra charge come from and I used another 3.00 off coupon and the girl at the front desk didn’t even know how it works from the coupon on my phone and said she would take it off at the end and my total was still like 45.00 with their coupon for 29.90 and the 3.00 off coupon I want to apologize to precision tunes for my post earlier I was miss quoted my bill came up to only 38.00 I’m very sorry

Bad place for auto service, zero star. They can not perform a basic oil change. Technician careless about job cause overfilled the oil. Bad place zero star

Place doesn’t deserve a star.
Came in for a basic oil change on my vehicle.
They overfilled the car and it ran like crap immediately after leaving. I get home… check the oil and sure enough way to full.
Ended up emptying everything out and doing it myself.
DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY PRECISION TUNE AUTO CARE… THEY SUCK. THEY WILL TRY TO MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE AND DID I MENTION THEY SUCK?!?

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Just listen to me and do not go here. In fact, don’t go to any Precision Tune. I’m sure they’re probably owned by the same people who try to rip you off. I went in here for a very basic oil change. It did not include rotation. All of a sudden, they start rotating my tires. I take it up with the lady up front, who said that the man thought I needed them done. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for a service I didn’t ask for. Btw, my tires were BRAND NEW and had been on my car for about 4 hours. How do you not notice that? Anyways, then he tells me I need everything flushed, fluids changed, things reset, and god only knows what else he tried to sell me. I ended up leaving paying only for my oil change, but not without a fight and some choice words. I may be a woman, but I’m not stupid. Never again.
