My disappointment in Macy’s was continued after trying to make an appointment at this salon. It had been recommended to me, but while booking an appt they could not tell me how much it was going to cost. I have been to high end salons in major cities and they can always quote a price. Strangest customer experience I have ever gone through.

I was rather disappointed in this salon. My sister and I stopped by while we were in the area. She needed a haircut but hasn’t had the time since she just had a little one. I suggested we stop by and see if the salon could fit her in anytime during that day. The receptionist was very nice and said someone had time then — not even 30 minutes later my sister was done and you could tell she was disappointed. We paid and left. She then told me the stylist never washed her hair, just wetted it with a spray bottle, gave her a quick snip here and there, and then asked if she wanted her to blow dry the hair. My sister said yes and the stylist’s said it would have to be quick because she has another client. Now if I was only paying $ 10 to $ 15 for a cut I can understand the service but to charge $ 45 dollars plus I left a tip. That’s a pretty low standard of service for the price. I know some probably will say well you just stopped by with no appointment and I understand but a simple no we can’t fit you in today or until later would have been acceptable. The stylist definitely didn’t seem interested in building a service– apparently quick cash is all she was interested in. The receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. Just disappointed because you would think the quality and standard of service would have been higher.

I have been coming to this salon since it was called Ecotage. I go to one of their top stylists Tracey Miranda. She has been doing my hair for about 10 years now. I have referred her to my family and friends and many of them are her repeat clients. We affectionately call her the«hair whisperer». Tracey is always on time and never has you waiting. She’s has ideas for your cut, color, and style when you arrive. She always greats you with a smile and a hug. It is hard to find someone that you trust 100% with your hair, and I am so thankful I have her! If you ever come here for a hair service request Tracey! The salon is very nice. It’s well kept. The lobby is inviting and has a great selection of products that you can purchase. The front desk staff is always so nice and they remember you. Judy is one of the nicest ladies and will make you laugh too. You are always offered something to drink and the stylists take your coat if you have one. I’ve only used the spa a few times to get my eyebrows waxed and only stopped because I choose to get mine threaded now rather than waxed. Overall I would highly recommend this salon. The pricing is very reasonable and competitive with other salons. You can use your Macy’s care if you have one… or you can do what I do and get Macy’s gift cards for fuel perks!

I have gone to this Salon when they were a previous name and recently went a few weeks ago. I have been pleased with all of my services, nails, facial, waxing, massage, prenatal massage. Everyone is pleasant, kind and even let me hang out in the back after my massage to relax and enjoy a cup of hot coco. While there are more $$ salons out there that rush you in and out, I feel that this place fits this busy mom just fine. I am currently going to buy a massage for my Husband because Kim’s was so great!

Does anyone know where Lisa went? I may hire a PI to find her. :) She is the best colorist(?wrong word?) I’ve ever had!

I went to get a deep tissue massage. Whereas the massouse was very kind and sweet, the massage was not very satisfying. I still left feeling knots in my upper back, which was the primary concern I expressed.
