Worst service I’ve ever had. With other people in the back, only one person to help. Slow and rude! With zero sense of urgency, the one person there to help says«what do you want?», making one thing at a time letting the food get cold. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in here and it’ll be an even longer time before I come back. I guess Chipotle looks better and better with this horrible place here! Shame on y’all!

Went here yesterday with my kids and they loved it. Kids meals are just the right size and for only $ 4 they each got one taco with whatever they wanted on it, a mound of tortilla chips, and a drink. Staff is kind and friendly, especially with kids who have no clue what to put on a taco! They even suggested adding things into my burrito that I would not normally have ordered, and it was awesome. I ended up splitting a burrito with my husband and honestly, it was the best one I’ve had yet.

They have awesome food it’s cooked all the way done not raw meat, the queso cheese & hot lime tortilla chips are so yummy, they don’t charge for extra helpings either. I always get a naked salad with lime flavored rice, black beans, half chicken & half steak, queso, salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream. It’s so good.

I’ve had Qdoba twice now and I’m really starting to love it. Of course the comparison to Chipotle comes into play… Same concept but I like the mild cheese sauce option Qdoba offers.

Love it, love it & love it. So much better than the other chain(s). As always everyone is very nice and friendly. Service is quick and correct. The queso is awesome and makes it better than the other guys. They also have more options on their menu than the other guys. This has become our new favorite for burritos, bowls and more. Plus their meat is fresh and usually local(never frozen) and the chips are made fresh each day.

So I love Qdoba. That’s pretty much a fact. Out of all the fast casual Mexicanish places, Qdoba is my favorite. I just feel like they have the best proteins, best rice, etc. The only thing they could do to be extra on the top is throw in those free chips like Moe’s. At any rate, I’ve been to this particular location a couple of times, and I have no complaints about it. Everybody working there is always pleasant, and I haven’t had a poor meal experience.

I would probably give this 3 ½ stars if I was able to do so. With that being said, I visited Qdoba for the first time about a week ago. Very similar to Chipotle, but not quite the same quality of food. There are a couple of advantages to passing by Chipotle for Qdoba: 1) more selections(Mexican Gumbo, three cheese nachos, Queso, etc.) 2) No 15 minute wait 3) world’s worst music isn’t cranked to decibels which require those at your table to yell over the noise Is the food as good as Chipotle? Based on my one visit, I would say«no». Is it good? Yes. Will I go back? Definitely.

This Qdoba is one of my favorite lunch destinations in the area! The food is always good, the prices are affordable(and I found out today that they are changing their price structure; soon guac and queso will be included in the price, NOT billed as extras! That’s cause for celebration in my book), and the staff is wonderful! I moved here in May and have been here quite a few times, but I have to say that this is the first time I’ve been to a fast food-esque restaurant where employees have recognized me, let alone greeted me by name! Talk about going out of your way to make a customer feel welcome. Also, as I mentioned before, their rewards program is spectacular! I receive a free entrée every few times I visit. I absolutely love this Qdoba!

The Mexican bowl is always my favorite. One of the frequently visited place in the past one year. A very good place for lunch and take out. The employees are very friendly and jovial.

Considering the average rating here one might be surprised that I am giving Qdoba 4 stars. I will say though that this has been earned and by one visit in particular. You see on my last trip to this location I was accompanied by my roommate and his girlfriend. The girlfriend had not tried Qdoba before and was cautiously curious about the place as we made our drive over. Upon arrival the manager there at the time struck us up with some small talk and found out this fact. Knowing this he decided that her order should be on the house, and that we should take an additional sampling of chips and salsa. Other than the obvious benefits for us the action made it clear that this manager cares rather deeply about the reputation of his business. The food quality was certainly on par with other visits I’ve had. I ended up ordering the Queso burrito which turned out nicely and was prepared quickly with a smile. I normally rather enjoy the food here and certainly will continue to return every now and again.

Wow and they state they are authentic Mexican food??? I’m Mexican and these food has nothing even close to be called Mexican food. I went there to give hem a chance and order a tortilla soup and tacos, this lovely African American lady helped me out, very nice service on her behalf but he owner/manager was totally a jerk. Since I didn’t want any topping in my soup I requested to be filled to the top with the so called tortilla soup which is in reality water soup, and he in front of us belittle her, stating do not fill the cup, weather they get topping or not. never, never again I will go back and do yourself a favor and save money and disappointments do not go there, if you feel to play eating Mexican food look else where.

I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews also. I stopped there for lunch today and thought it was a pretty decent place. For one thing, the whole staff(that I met) were Mexican. Another thing is that when I mentioned it was my first time eating there, they gave me lunch on the house. Third, I asked for guacamole and they gave me two scoops and it was pretty good guac. A nice mixture of avocado, onions and tomatoes. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the prep was fine and I sat in the dining room which was clean and neat. And the price(if I had paid) was only $ 6.79. That’s quite a deal!

I love there queso chicken burrito with chips and salsa. Their ice tea is nice(don’t always like to drink soda). Qdoba is a brand similar to Chiptole, but offer different options. I am surprised at the low ratings, and complaints listed. If I were Qdoba I would listen to these people as there must(or have been) issues with some of their products. I cannot comment on their pulled pork, or not allowing for a little more cheese or toppings. Countering the other reviews, I have went there in late evening(8PM), and on weekends — I find that the workers allowed me to ask for more toppings and were pleasant with me. I believe extra chicken is an additional charge, but I don’t do that. I like to come here as it’s conveniently located near the Graceland shopping center — eat and then shop, right? Perhaps the other reviewers would like to try it again. If they don’t like a particular item, perhaps they should try another item.(I’m not fond of pulled pork or beef tacos though). I would recommend to fellow customers, and will continue to go there in the future. Look in the Entertainment Coupon Book — they usually have a coupon in there.

Ok I was in the neighborhood doing some shopping at some stores close to this place, so without looking this up on Unilocal I decided to spin the wheel of foodie fate and see what Qdoba had to offer. Walking in this place it comes off as a Chipolte clone and the ordering process is pretty much the same here. A few different choices than it’s competition but I had tacos in mind and ordered a trio of pulled pork tacos on soft flour tortillas. I went down the line scoring my favourite toppings, got a drink(self serve coke products) and and found a seat at one of the clean tables I could find. First off the pulled pork was soaking wet, puddles of greasiness covered the tortillas and made this one messy mofo of a meal. That was bad enough but the tortillas were stuck to the basket lining paper and damn near came apart as I tried to peel them away from the paper. To say the least I could only eat one of the three ‘taco style”, I had to score a fork and eat the rest like a salad. I gotta say for a first encounter with this chain I am not impressed and will give my business to far better choices for fast food mexican.

At first glance, Qdoba looks like Chipotle Deluxe, with a similar concept but a lot more choices. But really, it’s a poor man’s Chipotle. For me, the flavors just don’t stand up to the competition. What’s good: the quesadillas, the queso dip, and the fact that they offer ground beef as a taco filling. None of this stuff is on the menu at Chipotle, but it should be. Unfortunately, the food here isn’t very good in general. The salsas, particularly, don’t have much flavor, at least compared to the excellent choices at Chipotle. The meat and toppings don’t seem to be as fresh as Chipotle’s, either. The main reason I’m writing this review, however, is to comment on the Street Tacos, which are a special right now. Seems like everyone is trying to jump on the taco cart bandwagon with«Mexican-style» tacos(i.e. corn tortillas, onion, cilantro and lime), but just like Taco Bell’s lame attempt last year, these don’t even come close to measuring up. They got the double corn tortilla right, but the onion and cilantro comes in a paste form. Really, is it that hard to keep fresh onion and cilantro lying around? The pulled pork was watery and flavorless. The meal of three tacos comes with a side of «ancho BBQ baked beans,» which sounded delicious, but here’s how they make it: They put a scoop of the regular pinto beans in a plastic container with a spoonful of BBQ sauce and a spoonful of salsa, put the lid on it and shake it up. Yes, really. The result actually didn’t taste that bad, but if you advertise a new kind of beans, at least make an attempt to cover up the fact that it’s just a mix of three ingredients already found on your condiment bar. Seriously. I’m glad this restaurant is here, as it fills a void left by the former sandwich shop in a prominent location at Graceland. But I’m not likely to visit here too often when Chipotle(and several places that offer REAL Mexican tacos) are so close.

Did I really do it again? Even after berating myself 6 months ago in the review, I still decided to give Qdoba one last chance. NEVERAGAIN. I swear, it’s like the staff goes out of their way to do the exact opposite of every request. Want more cheese? LESSCHEESEFORYOU! Want less salsa? How about I pour in the whole tub! Gah. Such bad customer service. And on top of that, the cilantro and red onion is so overpowering you can barely taste anything else. Qdoba and I are officially over.

So I figured it would be as good as Chipotle, you can’t really get a concept like theirs wrong, right? Nope. Not even in the same ballpark. First off, the menus. They’re up top, above the«food line,» but they put the pricey stuff first. By the time you get down the line and see what you could have done for cheaper, your food is already made. Points off for not including guacamole in the grilled veggie burrito, but it’s free with the regular veggie burrito. The grilled veggie burrito(I got mine«naked» and the man got his traditional style) was meh. The special items, which I guess were supposed to be the various squashes that were supposed to be grilled??, well they weren’t, they were just oily. We got guacamole and chips for a side, and again — how can they get this so wrong?! The guac had red onion in it and tasted just about as bad as Taco Bell’s prefab stuff. The chips tasted sweet, huh?! And for all of the above mentioned it came to almost $ 20. It would have been like $ 14 at Chipotle and would have tasted much better.
