I all most gave them 2 stars because the quality of the window tint work appears to be very good but my customer experience was awful. What I had a problem with: 1. They advertise they take MasterCard and Visa but called on Saturday to tell me the CC machine was not working. On Tuesday I said picking up $ 280 in cash was inconvenient and I preferred to pay by CC. The receptionist asked if I could pay part of the sum in cash. I said it was inconvenient and then she said the CC machine was broken and it had to be cash. Why ask if I could make part of the payment in cash if the CC machine is broken and they don’t accept personal checks? 2. I just got a new car and transferred my «glove box stuff» from my old car to it. I vividly remember putting a few dollars, car wash gift card and retardant stamp card in the center consul. The day after I picked the car up I checked and it was gone. I called QWT to tell them and the receptionist was nice but the owner was to busy to talk with me and I got the vibe that they did not want to deal with my issue. I told them I didn’t want anything but wanted to let them know that someone stole from my car. 3. The building, parking lot and waiting/reception areas are pretty beat up. Not very welcoming or comfortable. Bottom Line: They know how to tint windows but they don’t know how to treat customers.

Quality Window Tint has tinted the windows of two of my vehicles. The first was a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro that they did in 2012. It’s been three years now. The window tint shows no wear and tear to this day. No bubbles or marks. The second vehicle was a 2007 Subaru Outback. Once again they did a terrific job. I see nothing out of the ordinary with the work and am very happy with the quality once again. Like another said, it’s not in the best of neighborhoods but it really isn’t relevant as there is really no where to walk to in the immediate area. Tip… If you are going to have the work done here, drop the car off and go home until they call you letting you know the vehicle is ready for pick up, if that isn’t possible, do as I did. Both times, I had paid an employee a little extra to take me over to Easton Mall and pick me up when the car is done. Go watch a movie. It helps pass the time. In both cases, it will take 4 – 5 hours to complete. I always say, don’t Rush quality work. If you are looking for a place that will do the work correctly, this is the right place. The pricing is fair.

I heard of this place before and a Deputy Sheriff friend of mine recommended it, having said he has had several vehicles tinted here with no issues. So, I went over, looked at the samples in the window, got pricing and made an appointment. Had a 9am appointment on a Saturday and showed up kinda early as I was coming from 30+ miles away. Just note, it’s in a horrible neighborhood. The shop owner arrived on time and the car went in at exactly 9am. I stated I wanted the Pinnacle Series(35% on the front sides, 15% on the rear sides and rear window… yes, I know it’s illegal in Ohio and signed the waiver). They use Formula One Performance Automotive Film so there is a lifetime warranty. It cost me $ 379.00(or $ 405.53 out the door with tax). The owner said it would be about 4 hours to complete. They do have a waiting room with a TV. They brought my car out at 1:23p(4h 23m) and it looked awesome! Very pleased! One thing to note and it kinda bugs me, when you call they do not answer their phone and you are forced to leave them a message and they call you back when ever they want so that forces you to drive down there to avoid playing phone tag.
