This place is terrible. Before I go on, anyone with a Groupon, make sure to give it when you drop your clothes off! Even though you aren’t charged till you pick them up they won’t accept Groupons at pickup… Which is retarded. Why does it matter if I have a Groupon before you charge me? Guy was a real jerk about it and wouldn’t let me use mine last time I went.
Anyways, as far as the rest of a review it doesn’t get any better.
Been a couple times cause it’s close to my house and it is very expensive and my clothes come back looking like they sat on the rack the whole time. Instead of looking cleaner they had new animal hair on them… i don’t own any pets.

Don’t go to this place. Its the closest place to my house and that’s why I have been going there the last few years. However, its overpriced. Also, recently they lost one of my shirts and the response I got after a month of going there was «we give you $ 10 store credit». This is for a $ 70 Ben Sherman shirt. What makes it worse is how irresponsible the gentleman working there is when responding, literally not looking at me as if its my fault.

The dry cleaning is way over priced! I felt like they just made up the prices when I walked in, there were no prices posted anywhere. Also it took them 5 days for my stuff to be ready to pick up.
It is super close to where I live and they did a fine job, but I don’t know if it’s worth the price and the wait. I doubt I’ll be back again.

Rainbow Dry Cleaners on Michigan Ave/​W 3rd Ave has to be the absolute worst dry cleaning service in the city of Columbus. A month or so ago, they messed up a pair of my dress pants; I picked them up and noticed stains that were not there when I dropped them off. Offer to reimburse me? Nope. Last week I dropped off my queen size down comforter for its yearly dry cleaning. I picked it up – completely ruined. Threads hanging loose, wrinkled worse than ever, and filling completely distorted. Yet, they still charged me for this mess.
Please, do yourselves a favor and avoid Rainbow Dry Cleaners and discourage others from using their absolutely deplorable services

DO NOT go here. The place is a couple blocks from my house & still more inconvenient than any other place. Takes forever & clothes weren’t there when I went to pick them up. :(

If you pay cash, make sure to hold on to your receipt unless you want to pay for your dry cleaning twice.
And I have had the same experience as the other reviewer: My clothes come back smelling of cigarette smoke. The guy at the Harrison West location is always smoking outside and it must waft indoors.

I have taken my clothes here off and on for a year and a half. They have yet to get a single stain out and their prices keep going up. My clothes rarely smell clean; if anything they occasionally smell like smoke. I will be driving much further to find a better and less expensive dry cleaner. (These comments reflect all Rainbow Dry Cleaners and not just the Victorian Village location.)
