Ray’s is great. We have an Janus Motorcycle that had an idling problem. Because it’s an off-​brand bike, none of the other shops in Columbus would work on it, but they all recommended Ray’s. So glad they did.
The guys at Ray’s worked with the manufacturer, replacing the carburetor and tuning the bike. The repairs were extremely reasonably priced. The bike was better, but there was still an issue with the carburetor (quite possibly operator error), so we took the bike back. This time, not only did they deliver the bike to our home, but they refused payment! The guys felt bad because we’ve had so many issues with a brand new bike.
Really — Ray’s is good people.
