Regal Nails

Treated Poorly. Will NOT return! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I was very clear when I walked in and requested the gel polishes that were an EXACT match to the non-​gel colors. I was handed a small basket to choose colors from. I picked out a gel polish for my nails. When it came to my toes, the nail tech picked out the «match» for my toes (non-​gel). However, when she finished I noticed that my toe nail polish was a bright red-​orange color versus my nails which were a bright fuchsia color. It was slightly different but noticeable. When I mentioned this to her, she said the colors were close enough!
Being that I was going out of town and would be basking in the sun with my toes out, I politely informed her of my disdain and asked if she could re-​paint them with a closer match. She informed me that I would have to wait 40 minutes until she was done with her next client. On this particular day I had somewhere to be and my schedule was not flexible. Therefore, I requested a refund ONLY for the toe polish ($ 13) so that I could get them re-​painted at another location when my schedule saw fit. Mind you, I easily just dropped $ 100 for 2 pedicures and a manicure and she had the audacity to tell me the mix-​up was my fault and that NO, she would not refund me… that I simply had to wait or leave!
I was appalled by how fast she switched gears. Just 10 minutes earlier she was as friendly as could be. As soon as I informed her of my displeasure, she immediately became defensive and nasty to say the least.
They will NEVER receive my spending dollars again.

Horrible job on my nails. They thinned them out so bad that they started to crack and pull away from my gel set. I do not recommend go here at all. I was also nicked like 4 times from the woman doing my nails, she then tried to blame me and said I was moving. The nail polish I had on before was not taken off all the way and just painted over. And my gel polish started to chip after a week. I will never go back. & if I could give no stars I would.

My husband and I have been customers for about 7 years. We get great service from all the team members and really enjoy our pedicures and nail services. It may not be fancy since it is inside of a Walmart, but the quality and consistency of the staff speaks for itself.
