I got my carpet clean today by this Company for the first time. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. They did worst then it already looked. When I called back to tell the manger, he was so rude and disrespectful. I payed some to do something that I could have done myself ten times better. I would never recommend anyone to get their carpet clean by them.

My dog got sick during the night and I was SO not equipped to handle it. Called a few 24⁄7 emergency places, no luck. Called Restore-​It at 9am and was given a 12−5pm time frame, with a 30 minute courtesy call. Must be my lucky day, because the technician arrived before 12:30. He was professional, courteous and fast, carpet looks and smells great. Very happy customer!
