My wife’s eyes/vision hasn’t been right since the procedure. Getting the run around. Paid thousands only for her to still need glasses!!! Would not recommend them.

You guys were fantastic! Everything was explained to me in detail and I found myself without any unanswered questions or concerns. During every single step I was greeting by a friendly staff member and felt very welcomed. I am so glad I went with ReVision for my LASIK procedure! I recommend them to anyone who is considering the procedure. It has been 1 month since my surgery and I cannot believe the results! I was seeing –4.50 and 20⁄400 and am now seeing 20⁄15 in both eyes! I have had contacts and glasses for 10 years now, and having LASIK basically pays for itself. The best part is being in the rain and not having to worry about getting my glasses wet — or walking outside in the humidity and having my glasses fog up! Dr. Schumer was super professional and knows what he is doing! I wouldn’t trust my eyesight with anyone else. I have had a few appointments with them since the surgery: 1 day after, 1 week after and 1 month after. I just scheduled my 4 month appointment for October as well. I feel comfortable with the entire staff and look forward to each appointment. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

My optometrist made an appointment for me with the Polaris office. I received a packet consisting of 5 pages from them. Page 1 detailed there would be a $ 65.00 no show charge if I didn’t cancel at least 24 hrs in advance. Page 2 asked for my address, insurance & secondary insurance info, informed me it was my responsibility to ensure my insurance covered their services. Page 3 again told me I was subject to a $ 65 no show fee, how important it is to keep them updated on my insurance(s) and if some of their physicians don’t participate in my insurance plan, payment in full is due at first appointment. Page 4 actually dealt with medical history and page 5 was a questionnaire. I attempted to call the office to find out if the physician I was scheduled to see accepted my insurance — 1) Not a single one of the 5 pages listed a phone number for the offices even though they state repeatedly you must call a minimum of 24 hrs prior to an appointment to cancel. Thus, I had to look up the phone number via the internet. 2) You must wade through an automated phone system — press 1 if you are a referring doctor, press 2 ~ etc. I finally got to a live person and that person asked me to hold. After 10 min on hold I hung up. I called back a little later and went to a voice message service so I left a message and cancelled my appt. First impression of this practice is that they could care less about clients. Of course financial responsibility issues are important, but they could at least pretend like they care about their patients. A phone number on their paperwork would be a start.
