Russian Chapel Hills Winery

This place is amazing! The wine is simply the best! We did a wine trail from Charlotte to Asheville and there was a resounding group response of Russian chapel hills as the best tasting wine! The grounds and chapel are amazing and the muscadine is so unique. It’s a red wine drinkers’ white. It’s definitely worth the trip!

The hospitality was amazing! Andrey was extremely knowledgeable about his land and his wines. He was inviting and fun! He also went over the top to make sure we were able to see his Chapel.
It was raining out and a long walk to the chapel. He grabbed his golf cart without hesitation and gave us a personal tour of his vineyard and chapel. THAT CHAPEL IS AMAZING!!!
The wines were REALLY GOOD! We went to 4 wineries that day and this was one of two we actually bought wine at. I recommend the muscadine wine. Normally this is too sweet for me but this had the perfect balance. Definitely get the wine gelato! Next time we come we are bringing a cooler and dry ice so we can bring it home!

The wines were very good and the very is beautiful with the Chappell beyond the grape vines!!!
