Regis corporate should really consider visiting this salon and use it as an example to other Regis entities because of it professionalism, superb customer service, skilled stylists and technicians, and clean environment. Many of the Regis salons I have visited in the central Ohio have not come close to the exemplar operation at this salon. All of the technicians work well together(do not complain or have attitudes with one another) and work as a team, it gives the salon a professional atmosphere. Very refreshing!

La’nae gave my daughter and I the cutest hair cuts. She also gave my daughter bright red highlights(something my daughter had wanted for over a year). My daughter could not stop smiling. Her hair looks amazing and she feels great. We will always come here.

Nicole is wonderful. I stopped here becuase of location and walked right in to the care of Nicole. She only works weekends which is a blessing and a curse. She’s busy — lots of regulars that turn out on the dreariest of days. Nicole is sweet and professional. She is very much into the customer and exudes understanding. She listens carefully to wait you want and makes you feel a part of the process. She’s not intimidating or pushy about products, in fact, her honesty is refreshing. She goes above and beyond, offering to write down my colors so that I always have them in case she isn’t available. As for the salon altogether, I disagree with some of their booking practices — they purposely turn customers away to leave times open for possible walk-ins. Huh? I’m a regular, I want to be treated a little bit better than someone random. Then, after I did make my appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes because a «walk-in» showed up shortly before my appointment. this doesn’t jive with me.
