I’ll give them two stars due to having to deal with delivery manager who was nothing but rude and a anus. We ended up with 3 different delivery time and had a truck planned for two! Last one we could not get since they can early. Then after spending a couple grand and moving things around the delivery manager wanted to charge us for having to deliver second load less than a mile away! Luckily the delivery guys understood and where willing to help out. This manager was incompetent at best and I will not recommend Sears after this. It makes you understand why they are going out of business. Customer service people customer service!

Very helpful. The guy working there helped me trouble shoot and find a manual for my 8 year old garage door opener. You don’t get that kind of knowledgable customer service at Home Depot!

Nice size store for someone that isn’t terribly interested in walking down endless aisles of the same things.
Prices seem to be competitive according to my husband.
I found the salespeople to be very helpful.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s always clean and there’s usually plenty of people at the front registers to help people leave with their purchases. Finding someone not at the front to ask a question of can be a bit of a problem.
I’ve seen Craftsman items, auto stuff, hinges, paint, canning supplies, etc. so there’s a nice mixture of items for the basic things you might need to make repairs around the house.

Store is big enough to have what you need, small enough that you can actually find it. Staff is very friendly and helpful and Sears makes quality products. What more can you ask for in a hardware store?

Purchase a grill that had a little damage was a great deal. Everyone was very helpful even loaded it in my car.
