Had a significant issue in our garage requiring immediate professional service. Called late at night and got an answering service, explained the situation and was told I’d get a call back the same night or the next morning at the latest. Month later… still waiting for that call. The answering service could, of course, be the problem here. But still, with all of the national TV ads, very disappointed. The vendor I did find to help clean up our mess has earned my loyalty.

Very pleased with performance and customer service received. We are getting ready to sell our home and we wanted to do all we could to make the house look ready for any potential buyers. We were debating on replacing our carpet because we didn’t think there was any hope of having our old carpet look white and plush again. We have used Stanley in the past and have never been impressed with their cleaning abilities. Heard from a friend that ServPro does carpet cleaning so I figured it would be worth a try. I’m very glad we did because we saved at least $ 1000 by not needing to replace the carpet. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone. Thanks again Ron!

The franchise here in Columbus is the most impressive service company I’ve seen in Ohio. Very professional and well-staffed. This business is who you want to call when you need cleaning, restoration, mold remediation, duct cleaning, etc. because they’re the franchise that has all staff well-trained with all certifications with standards set very high. It’s been a great pleasure to see this franchise operate from within. Very sincere with customers and passionate about service. That goes a long way and gets a 5 star review… which I very rarely give!!! Check ‘em out

I came home from a 2-day trip to standing water in my bathroom and the basement below it. ServPro was suggested to me for immediate clean-up by my insurance company(Traveler’s), with whom they have a cooperative agreement. Pros: Initial response was very fast. ServPro reps made it to my house the day of the event, a full 24 hours before my claim adjustor even made it out! They’re a national company, and seem to have excellent commercial equipment and adequately-trained demolition employees. Cons: While their response for that initial sales call was stellar, all other appointments with them have resulted in no show /no call followed by me calling to reschedule followed by them either arriving 1+ hours late for the new appointment or being a no show /no call again. As it is, their sluggish response time suits me because it’s allowing me more time to work out the details of the remodel; however, if I were taking off of work to meet them(compared with working from my home office), I would be PISSED since this has happened not once but three times in the past week, and their gear is still at the house running(perhaps unnecessarily now).
