Skyview Towers

Stay far away from skyview, unless…
The elevators are always broken, so are the gates for the «gated community», drug deals everywhere, the «security» is worthless. When they are here they won’t help you.
They currently do not have a property manger due them firing one. Hiring another and demoting that one to another crap site they own. Now they have a fill in from Dayton towers.
We had one problem after another to the elevators always broken, bugs galore, air conditioning not working. Heat not working. Neighbor who smokes all the time and make your apt smell. The ghetto trash that they lease to. We waited out our lease and tossed all of our furniture and moved far away from this infested hell.

I would give 0 stars If I could! This place is cheap, but your getting exactly what you pay for! There is always something that’s in need of repair, and it takes forever for the maintenance crew to fix it. Half of their exercise equipment doesn’t work. The community is gated, but I still fear every night that something will happen to my car. Overall I would recommend using your money towards a better place with better management! After my roommate and I left, they told us everything was taken care of and all our dues were paid! A year later, I here from a debt collector (yeah, they didn’t even have the audacity to call themselves) that we still owe them hundreds of dollars. Since they never originally gave us paperwork to begin with, my roommate and I are at a lose of hundreds of dollars. We even tried to call them and Cindi said she remembered us and would take care of it. Realizing what she really did was call the collectors and told them to continue with the recharges. To finalize, Piss poor management with a piss poor facility. Make sure you always get paperwork with them or they’ll screw you over.

Looking for place to live… on a tight budget? Skyview could work for you. Expect the bare minimum and make the most of it. Rent starts at 450 and goes up from there all inclusive. The leasing agents are very nice and try to get to know you. Security is on site, laundry, gym, entertainment room, billards, barbershop, and a lil corner store all on site. Just outside OTE, and the Discovery District tucked away in King-​Lincolin Skyview really isnt a bad deal.
