Terrible Business.
Here is the proof… Paid for my wife to get a surprise hair appointment and get her nails done. She is an awesome wife & mother to our 3 kids. She also is part owner of a cheer team in Columbus, so we will make sure to tell this story a bunch. Anyways… back to the story, I made the appointment and offered to go ahead and pay. I did not have to pay in advance for the appointment, but didn’t want me wife to worry about paying. When it came time for the appointment my wife couldn’t find a sitter and tried to call them. She finally spoke to someone there and the girl said Teresa was supposed to call her back… that never happened. My wife called three more times and no answer. I was able to finally get ahold of Teresa and she tells me the money I spent was lost and that’s all. She then hung up on me while I’m trying to remind her that I prepaid when I wasn’t required to pay advance. She DIDN’T EVER tell me that I would lose money if my wife didn’t make it or that I couldn’t reschedule. I tried to call back and they wouldn’t answer the phone… at all. No voice of reason at this business and at the very least, they lost 1 potential new client.

Snipp It is a great salon for those of us on a budget. They have stylists with anywhere from a few months to more than two decades of experience. I’ve never had a bad experience, but after trying four different stylists, I haven’t found a person I like enough to request again. Kathy cut my hair on my last visit — she was very friendly and talkative, and she even told me several times that I could come back later if I didn’t like the cut and she would fix it for me for free. I really liked the cut, but when she styled my hair (naturally curly), I looked like a huge frizz-​ball. I was embarrassed just to walk to my car. I told her it was too frizzy, but the more she tried to fix it, the worse it got. I really liked her personality and was going to schedule my bridal hair appointment with her, but quickly changed my mind after seeing how she styled my hair. Yikes!
