My sister and I went there one morning while waiting for my dad to be released from the hospital. We pulled up and gave our order, then was told very rudely to slow down. Then asked to repeat our order. I did then when asked if we wanted anything else, I said yes and ordered a sandwich. I was asked anything else and I said the sandwich. The response was I already have that with attitude. I canceled all orders and asked to speak with manager. I was told the lady with whom I was speaking«was it». I then asked for the district manager. With only poor reviews really wondering why this place is still open or why«Malinda» is still the manager. Customer service is still required even if the food is cheap.

They didn’t respond very fast to the drive through speaker. Then the guy took forever to get the order right. And they didn’t have their rating posted

The drive thru wait is always tremendously long, but they will make up for it by giving you coupons and such. The food is always fresh and they’ve never gotten our order wrong. Their chili cheese tots are amazing… Just not worth the wait sometimes.

I’ve been here three times in the past three weeks, and each time they’ve gotten something wrong with my complicated order of Chicago-style dog and chicken fingers. First time I asked for the fingers with barbecue sauce. I got no sauce. Second time I again asked for barbecue sauce. I got honey mustard. The third time I almost told the person to make sure I actually get barbecue sauce, but I figured instead they would’ve made sure to give me saliva sauce. Plus I was secretly hoping they would mess the sauce up again so I could have something to talk about at social gatherings. I’m not very good at smalltalk, and everyone loves a good fastfood anecdote. Well they got the sauce right, but the hotdog was the worst tasting food I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten clown crap. To be fair, although they messed up my sauce selections the prior two times, I enjoyed my meals. This time the hot dog bun was so soggy I could barely get the wiener in my mouth without it slipping out and without stuff dribbling down my chin. And the dog was absolutely covered with what tasted like cayenne pepper. Which is weird, because wtf do they use cayenne pepper on at Sonic? Certainly not on hot dogs, but this dog was like 75% cayenne pepper and turned my mouth into a conflagration. And the tomatoes were visibly aged. I’d give this place one star if I hadn’t already had an enjoyable meal there. But I’m never going back.
