Sonic Drive-In

I have never had issues like I have had today. I went to the drive through and they never said anything. I sat for several min and nothing. So, I drove around and was gonna use a stall never got an answer, so went back through the drive through waited again, was just driving away, when I barely heard someone say something. then when I got my food I neve. r got a reciept. the oil in the fryer was old so the food didn’t taint good. and the new York style hot dog tasted strange like old oil too… never had such bad service or food from any sonic ever.

Out of Malt powder… At 10:00pm. That’s when freaks that like malts come out to enjoy, like myself. Sad face. Good service though. Cant ever come away mad when I get a smile.

The slowest Sonic I’ve ever visited! Fast food should be fast or at least not turtle slow. My children are the only reason that I stopped.

Today is Sunday 4−26−15. Went to sonic for strawberry, banana, sundae. what we received was a milkshake in a cup the worse service I have ever seen. I waited 35 minutes in line with the others. Will never do that again, this place needs no stars if so it would be 20 stars for the worst place ever

Every time I have been here they have been courteous and I have the correct food. Thanks great job I wish I could say that for the rest of the drive ins in the area.

The lady working on 4÷8÷15 at 3:45 p.m. Was rude and I will not be returning. She talked down on both my friend and I as customers because we did not want to order a drink with our combos, she does not deserve to be working at a fast food chain that normally has very friendly service. Worst sonic in Columbus by far

Slow. Holy smokes. I could have cooked the food myself if I had known I’d be waiting 30 mins for two corn dogs, drink, and some tots.
Sonic. WTF.
Never again will I come to this location. There’s nothing Sonic about this location.
Should be called Molasses.

Fast and convenient. We went parked, ordered and in no time got our order brought out to us. Their Oreo sonic blast I’ll amazing. I had their footlong chili cheese dogs and oh my gosh, Amazing!

There Oreo ice cream is huge! I love how their whip cream is also thick and not fluffy. I feel like I am geeting more ice cream and whip cream here for a great price. The service here is great too they are very polite. I truly enjoyed my ice cream it’s my second time here but the first time I was here was 6 years ago and my husband and I ordered burgers that was the first time we came to Sonics. It’s definitely a nice treat to have but not to give to a child to eat on their own you can definitely share one ice cream order with two people.

Only one review for Sonic? And no pictures? Had to help this little gem out and get out in 50 degree weather (which is like –108 to a lady acclimated to Hawaii weather) to take a couple photos to add to their Unilocal page.
I don’t really eat fast food, but I am a fan of Sonic Drive-​In. I had one where I grew up in Tennessee. Sonic is your old school burger joint– burgers, fries or tots, hot dogs, ice cream milkshakes. I like the option of ordering my burgers with mustard or with mayonnaise. Fun Fact: They used to bring the food to your car in roller skates! Yup, ROLLER SKATES. They don’t do it anymore probably for liability reasons, haha. I can imagine a few accidents occurring combining food, drinks, and skates, but it was really fun to see while it lasted.
If you haven’t been to Sonic and you find yourself near one, pull in and order some cheesy tots and an ice cream shake– I recommend combining the chocolate and banana together. And for something a little lighter, their Strawberry Limeade is also a tasty treat. ;)

I dare say that Sonic might be the lesser version of In-​N-​Out Burger. Much like Dairy Queen, Sonic is constantly advertised on cable TV in the east coast, yet no one ever seems to know where the closest location actually is. That’s marketing for you I guess.
Anyway, the Sonic near Ft. Benning, GA is rather slow in terms of service, but still delivers on taste. I had the SuperSonic Cheeseburger, which I guess would be the equivalent of a Double Double at In-​N-​Out, with mustard and fries. Can you say sweet-​delicious-​quadruple-​bypass-​in-​a-​foil-​wrapper three times fast? The fries are good, not In-​N-​Out good, but certainly better than BK, Wendy’s, etc.
Remember to try the super thick vanilla malt shake. It tastes better if you pick it up during a long road trip in the middle of the night!
