Spring Air Mattress

Horrible company, DO NOT PURCHASE A SPRING AIR MATTRESS. I purchased a $ 1500 mattress back in 2008 with a supposed 10 year full warranty and 20 year pro-​rated warranty. Here it is in January 2014 and they will not honor there own warranty. My back hurts so bad I have to see a chiropractor. I even called corporate office and Rick Robison’s (president of Spring Air) secretary or who ever a answers the phone at the corporate office gave me the run around about Spring Air went out of business and we just bought the name, but we don’t make mattresses, we just put our name on it and we have been doing this since 1926. So since we didn’t make it, it’s not are problem. What kind of a excuse is this? Anyway buy a name brand that makes there own mattresses and stands behind there warranty, don’t buy Spring Air.
Apparently this has been going on for quite sometime, I looked it up on google and after some research only 26% of people that bought a Spring Air mattresses were happy. People have complained left and right but a Spring Air will not honor their warranty.
