We’ve been very happy Sprint mobile users for years, and have experienced the usual ups and downs in one store or another. This location is the real deal — a genuine Sprint operation, not a here today/​gone tomorrow third party retailer.
We just did iPhones and iPad Pros (yes, plural) at the Sawmill store. The service, advice, trouble-​shooting, and support were astoundingly helpful — the best we’ve experienced.
Run, do not walk, to this standout. And, look for Michaela Oberg. She is a star, in-​store, on the phone, on email, And goes beyond the basics, cheerfully.
We’ll be back, and we are sending our kids here for the ultimate in service when they are ready for upgrades. btw, the plans and pricing are super, too.

We went here on Black Friday. The wait time was not long as I thought. I normally don’t do any big retail stores, but my dad wanted me to go to get two smart phones for him and my mom. It is ironic because we went to the Sprint store at Easton and they said to come back for good Black Friday deals. They did not have any real good deals. The one phone that was free (iPhone 5c) had small storage and all others were $ 50-​$ 100. The sales associate at this location recommended going to Best Buy for their promotion of $ 1 for Samsung S5. I am not sure why all the stores don’t have the same deals (when we asked at Best Buy how they offered it so cheap, we were told that the carriers pay for it!) I have to give them mad props for their prompt service on a busy day and recommending another business for a better deal. It saved them at least $ 100.

I can never go wrong when I come into the Sawmill Sprint store. Their service is exceptional and I’m always happy with my phone after coming into this store. I can’t say that for other other locations because I felt their service was not up to par with this store.

Pleasantly surprised!
I don’t expect much when I go to sprint stores but this location took care of me very well. I went in to upgrade phones and was helped almost immediately. I received what I wanted with no haggling. It was a smooth, quick transaction. Will visit again.
