Starbucks

I have been to several different Starbucks all over the US and this one is by far the slowest! It does not matter if you go inside the establishment or take the drive thru, it will still take 10 plus minutes to get your coffee! Yesterday my husband and I went through the drive thru & I received my coffee with sugar & creamer within 3 minutes, but my husband ordered a plan coffee and that took forever! Riddle me that! The barista was also not very polite!

Starbucks is just your average Starbucks! It’s quick and easy since it has a drive-​thru, but not the best coffee in Columbus.

Well I expected a little more out a Starbucks. I hadn’t been back to Columbus in eight months, so it was nice to see a bit of civilization moving into town. I walked in and went right to the register because the drive through was long. I stood there for a solid three to four minutes waiting for one of three baristas to make eye contact with me. Another lady walked in and got in line behind me then finally someone came over to take my order.
I ordered an iced Tiramisu coffee and received a hot one :/​I asked the barista if she recommended the new Tiramisu drink and she said no because she hadn’t tried it. I think baristas should try the new products to be able to give an honest opinion when asked for a recommendation. A little bit to work on here Starbucks. But two stars for having free wi-​fi and having coconut milk.
