Okay, I don’t expect instant food, but how long does it take to toast a bagel? First long line and took me over 10 minutes to get my order! But, its Starbucks so still yummy as always! It could be the location because usually service is great at Sb!

Standard Starbucks experience. Service could be better, but that could be said for almost all Starbucks over the last 6 years(do any still care to ask your name and write it on your cup!!!). Timely service and decently made.

Poor service, inferior coffee. I’m not sure how hard it is to toast a bagel, but it took forever. Nice touch forgetting to put a knife I the bag to spread the cheese. The coffee was even worse than usual at Starbucks, bitter and acidic, even in the cappuccino.
