This Subway serves an area with lots of industrial facilities, so many customers are on a 30-​minute lunch break (yes, you government & banking types, some folks must suffer with less than a 2-​hour lunch). Consequently, the employees who survive the rookie season at the near-​minimum-​wage job at this location are super-​efficient. And, that’s a good thing for all of us.
Fast. Efficient. No nonsense. That’s what I want at a sandwich shop, chain or specialty. And, that’s what I get here.
