Subway

Handy and cheap, and a pretty typical Subway.
We needed something quick, and our first choice was closed. They were busy when I came in, but made my order right away. Service was pretty good, from several employees.
The food? Subway subs. I mean, they’re not bad, but they’re not something I crave. The veggies were fresh, the bread was okay, the meat was fine. $ 7 for a filling sandwich and drink is not bad.
The place was a little messy, and there don’t seem to be any bathrooms. But for a quick lunch, it was fine.

This place has really gone down hill over the last few months. I just ran over to graba quick meatball sub… and wow.
The place was dirty, the staff were rude, there was a clump of meatballs dropping all into the center of the bread, my topping were put on by someone without gloves who didnt was there hands and was handling cash prior.
I was in a little shock, but I simply tossed the sandwich in the trash when I got back to my office. There are plenty of other subways downtown… avoid this one if you can

This is my go to lunch spot when I run out of food from the grocery. I sporadically visit this place. Even when the line is out the door, it doesn’t take all that long to get my stuff and get back to my office to eat. The worst part of this place is that they try to rush the line through by making you shout your order to the employees from pretty far back in line, and sometimes, things get mixed up.

Always have gotten a good sub here!!!

I was by Columbus Commons and decided to stop in to order some subs. I checked in and saw Steve G’s one review. Normally, I don’t like to updated reviews, but I see some changes that warranted another look.
Each time, their employees were on their cellphone while attending to customers. I believe they’re not supposed to be using phones (most jobs prohibit it, anyway.) Plus, when you were working with the public, it appears rude to the customer.
When they got the meat on the sub, they actually were not careful at all. The pieces were all torn and sloppy. They didn’t give me much vegetables. It was okay experience, but could have been better. If I go to this one, it will be because of convenience – not because of their service.

One of many Subways downtown. Nothing real different, but convenient, dependable, and fast. Staff are generally helpful. Convenient to Columbus Commons, State Capital, etc.

Worst subway I’ve ever experienced.
First time coming, I ordered a meatball sub. The first bite into that sub had a solid hard meatball — totally disgusting…
Second time, I had no experience, because subway decided to close an hour earlier than the posted close time.
Third time, I had a decent experience, but the sub was still nothing close to the quality from other subways, nor the customer service.
Overall, I come back because it’s the closest subway to my work, and I’m limited on options, but if I had a chipotle, another subway, etc. around, I wouldn’t think twice about walking past this one.

I’ve been at this restaurant before, and have enjoyed going there. The service is prompt and friendly. I liked that they were able to make my sub promptly. It’s nice because there’s not a rush. It’s extremely accessible by bus, which is nice. I didn’t see any parking, though, so if you drive keep that in mind.

We went looking for someplace to eat at 7pm on a Friday night and this was the only thing we saw near our hotel. The people in there were really friendly and the dining are was clean.
