Super 8 Columbus

My in-​laws stay here when they come from New York to visit. They have enjoyed all of their stays at the Super 8. They love the hot tub and breakfasts in the morning.

Traveled there on business and was set up here by the company I was working for that week. Good location near food/​highway. Also had a microwave and fridge in the room. Shower had decent pressure (something a frequent traveler can appreciate). Tv was out dated, limited channel selection, old carpet/​bedding, no desk, and I left with bed bug bites… overall not the best experience but really the only option when staying in this area.

Travelled to Columbus, Wisconsin for business and was recommended by a business associate to stay here. The place is very clean, new, and inexpensive. At first, I was appalled by the Tombstone pizza special, displayed in the front lobby, thinking that this was a pretty sad assortment of dining options. The front desk clerk quickly pointed out that there was a bowling alley next door, which served some decent food.
The room was very clean and spacious. Please note that you will need to leave your key in the slot on the back of the door to keep the heater on. Trust me, you will need the heat in the middle of their cold winter (8 degrees F).
There is a large heated swimming pool and a small fitness center, near the lobby. I would also recommend using both to keep yourself warm and active in this cold city.
They provide a complimentary break in the morning 5:30 to 9:30 am. Toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, sausage links, bisquits and gravy.
