I went there a few days before Christmas to buy my wife a new phone. The staff was helpful, but the phone selection was extremely limited. There were only 2 phones that remotely fit the bill. I paid $ 150 on my amex and left. On Christmas day my wife appreciated the thought, but decided not to open it and planned to take it back. A couple of days after Christmas, my wife took it back, but was not permitted a refund since she did not have the exact card in hand. Her card is on the same amex account, but since it was not my card, no deal. She left the store and then texted me. I decided to call the store to ask about it and since I was the main card holder, thought that maybe I could turn it around so she could stop by on her way back home and get the refund. The man I talk to was rude to me, although I was nothing but pleasant and calm. He sternly informed me that his«system» did not allow refunds for alternate cards. I indicated that this was not common and that their system was not customer friendly and that he was not either. I would have been nice to have had him apologize for the inconvenience and perhaps concurr that it wasn’t the best system. Poor selection of phones, lack of human empathy, bad retail computer system/policy.
