Good stuff! Fresh, hot, gracious amount of toppings. My Gorditas Supremes were great. Service was polite, fast, efficient. Good stop.

Can’t complain, it’s what you expect but they could be faster. It’s 7:30pm on a Thursday night and they only have 3 people working. Waited 13 minutes to get my order.

Eat here only if you like hair in your food and crushed chips. I normally love Nachos Supreme no tomato, but I will never ever ever in my life order it again from this or any taco bell. I will NEVER eat again at Taco Bell either, but this location is the worse by far. I ordered my usual — nachos supreme, no tomato while going through the drive thru. Nothing eventful. It was about 8 or so at night on a Saturday. No line, no wait, no issues… until I began eating. Why were all my tortilla chips crushed? It’s like someone took the last remnants of a bag of chips, crushed it several times over, then dumped them onto my tray. I was upset that I couldn’t use these chips to load up the dip, meat, beans and sour cream. So I grabbed a fork because I was determined to have some nachos. After my third bite, I noticed something stringy. Since TB doesn’t use real cheese on nachos, I knew it wasn’t stretchy cheese. As I ran my fork through the food, a long blonde hair emerged. Problem? You bet!!! I called and explained the situation to the employee on the phone. I hear her tell the manager, eww, gross… When the manager got on the phone, she said I could stop by and they will remake it for me. Not going to happen! Who wants to eat the exact same thing they just found hair in? Not me. I asked for my money back. I won’t be returning to this Taco Bell, nor any other, EVER!

Oh lord, what has the world come to? Am I this american now that I give a «mexican» fast food chain 5 stars and leave completly satisfied having had a wonderful lunch with my family? Not what I was expecting, at all! We were off to a late start to the day, the stress of moving getting to us, we were famished and I could not possibly hold off to eat any longer, this strip of E Broad being closest to home on our way out my husband suggested lets go here he could get 10 for $ 8.90 tacos since every penny counts before our massiv roadtrip to LA. I was not in for an argument and no idea what I wanted other than FOOD and NOW so I went with it. This location is new, very clean and has the best service I have ever come across. They were offering the neu chef inspired Cantina Bell menu and after having the super patient lady at the register explain the difference between the regular taco salad and the new cantina bell salad with citrus-herb marinated chicken, flavorful black beans, guacamole made from real Hass avocados, roasted corn & pepper salsa, a creamy cilantro dressing, and freshly prepared pico de gallo, all served on a bed of cilantro rice I was sold. It was so fresh and tasty, especially the roasted corn salsa, actually charred and smoky tasting, and the cilantro lime rice better than at Chipotle! I loved it so much I was about to order another but it was actually filling and at just over $ 4 a steal! The manager came by our table and asked how we are enjoying our meal and another worker came by and thanked us for dining with them and brought some mints, as welll as our food was brought to us. What a suprisingly nice meal, I can recommend this location to anyone for a cheap, fast and filling lunch without the grimpy fast food joint feeling.
