Love Taco Bell but I avoid this one when possible, which is hard, bc I live in the area. Every time I visit this location my items are sub par when compared to other Taco Bells. Not sure what the deal is. Just always not satisfied. And I’ve also received the wrong order on multiple occasions. Also, not open late night. Bummer!

The best T-​Bell in Columbus. The staff truly cares about serving you, and always goes above and beyond to ensure your order is not only correct, but that you have everything you need. Say «thanks» for once when you order and you’ll be greeted at the window with nothing but pleasantries. Hot food no matter the time of day/​night.

I’d have to say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever come upon. Not only were they rude, they were inconsiderate and apathetic about our order. I would never go to this location again or recommend it to anyone.

Yes one star. Taco Bell serves one stinking purpose on this planet of ours. Is it to serve quality quasi-​Mexican food? No. Is it to dazzle me with fast service? No. Is it to dazzle me with friendly service? No. I don’t care if they use robots. The ONE THING, your one reason to exist, Taco Bell, is to feed my fat, hungry face after midnight. I pull through the drive thru tonight around 12:30 and they are freaking closed. What added insult to injury is that all the parking lot lights were still on, giving me the impression that I was going to get my grease and sodium fix. Why did I ever even think to forsake you, White Castle?

Just had my first breakfast experience at TBell and it was pretty delish! It helped that after a long night at work the two employees I interacted with were both quite pleasant. Service was great.

I know this is «just» a Taco Bell but I found this particular location somewhat subpar. It took quite a long time to get a crunchy taco and chili cheese burrito to go and several people were waiting for similarly small orders. Perhaps they had just finished up a rush???

Great food. Cheap price. Fast service. Helpful staff. What’s not to like? Seriously, this has been one of the best Taco Bells I’ve been too. It’s not packed, and the staff are really friendly. I really appreciate the staff here and the hard work they do.

When I’m in the mood for authentic Mexican food, where do I head? Taco Bell of course! Nothing says «El sabor de Mexico» more than America’s hometown favorite.
The food is always hot and tasty. Their prices are competitive. The service is quick and usually pretty friendly.
The only negative is their lot is pretty small and it’s especially tight in the drive thru lane. So, if you are driving a land yacht, you might have some trouble navigating around the building.

In terms of other taco bells in Columbus, this one rates pretty good. The service is fast, food is consistent, and the price is cheap. If I get a hankering for taco bell, I’m glad that this one is the closest to me.
The only tough part is that during a busy lunch rush, the narrow lot and drive through makes things pretty congested.
