This place was delicious! I had the pork, fish, and chicken tacos and they were all so good but the pork was the best. We also had a bag of the Mexican chips– they are kind of like pork rinds but so addicting. We will definitely be going back!

Homemade ice cream! I need to get out to taco trucks more often. Seriously! Between well seasoned carnitas and homemade ice cream, I don’t have anything negative to say at all. Because we were with a large group the food took a little longer than normal but they handled the influx of people rather well given the circumstances. I’m beginning to think the sauces are what set each truck apart from the next. The green cilantro sauce — well, the green sauce that had a lot of cilantro in it — was awesome and added that lil somethin’ somethin’ to really make each taco have an extra kick of flavor. Are you wondering about the homemade ice cream? Yep! All kinds of flavors. I tried the strawberry and it was a perfect treat on a hot July day. They also have a covered area off the truck with a picnic table. Yea, patio seating! :) Your surroundings aren’t much to look at, but whatever. So cheap. So delicious. So awesome!

Very good tacos! I checked it out during the Unilocal Taco Tour. The green sauce was amazing according to my taco tour partner, and I really loved my bean taco as soon as I got it. I love that these places carry soda that is made with real sugar too! I can’t wait to go back.

JM and I saved Las Delicias for our last stop on the Taco Tour because of their speciality — Nieves, which is best described as a sorbet and is delicious! If you come here, know your Spanish because the staff here didn’t speak English. The menu is painted on the side of the truck in both Spanish and English so if you don’t know Spanish, make your pick in English and then order in the Spanish that’s written next to it. Even at that, your order might end up wrong! Several of us there got different things than what we ordered but they were all good anyway! The nieves servings are large and are about $ 3 each. I had Nut and JM had vanilla. He had never had this before and he was pleasantly surprised! It was delish! There was a picnic table out front so you can eat there and you pay after you eat so eat as much as you want!

Everyone hates on Columbus for not having«good/authentic» Mexican food; you just aren’t looking hard enough. This is no Tex-Mex joint, nope, not a sit-down restaurant, and no, definitely not within the 270 comfort zone. No quesadillas, no fajitas, no enchiladas, and no tacquitos. So don’t expect it. This is a taco truck parked in Speedy Mart’s lot with $ 1.50 tacos, $ 5 tortas, «horchata and tamarindo straight from the barrel,» and not to mention homemade icey treats(nieves). Tacos come with the requisite radish slices, onion & cilantro, and lime wedge. Fillings: asada, carnitas, pastor, barbacoa, lengua, pollo, and tripa. Tortas: quesillo, jamon, chorizo, milanesa, and asada. Red & green salsas and guac on the side for personal flourishes. I like my lengua tacos with a squirt of green and two of guac. These are the best lengua tacos I’ve had outside of Roosevelt Ave in Jackson Heights, Queens. Miles better than Xalisco and Cuco’s. Hours: Tuesday — Sunday, 11am-midnight. Rain or shine.
