TGM Meadow View Apartments

It’s decent for the money. There are places within a mile that offer more space for the same price. The rental office is super helpful and have free charcoal and jumper cables. Also they have free cookies and coffee. Amenities are nice but the community not so much, people are rude and have made derogatory remarks toward me. People don’t pick up after their pups and the dog park smells so bad that I couldn’t stand to stay in there with my puppy. Walls are thin, I can hear my neighbors running a bath or washing clothes. Anyways, it’s a nice place to enjoy amenities and located near everything on sawmill. I’d try for a better deal somewhere else.
Edit 10÷31÷15− TGM has frequent interactions that encourage community bonding and fun such as doggie dip day (pool), Halloween contests and others. Yesterday, I received a violation on my door because apparently I have a new pet. This puppy belongs to a friend who’s daughter walks mine. My lease says NO pets allowed on the premises without a lease, so I ended up paying for the dog to go to the vet just to get him added to my lease so that the dog walker can be on the property. That’s $ 25 extra per month. Though it’s not much, it’s stupid as hell. Smh.

Great place to live!
Pros: Indoor and outdoor pools, 24 hour gym, fairly thick walls, great location, attentive staff, quiet, safe, hot tub, dog park, sand volleyball court, and many great amenities!
Cons: tennis court needs some TLC, no sidewalks to stores so you have to drive.
Overall, a very great recommendation! People are friendly and nice, 4 stars for the tennis court mainly, but location is close enough to Antrim Park that it’s almost a non-​issue. Pool and sauna are great in the winter!

I have lived here for about 5 weeks and have been very happy with everything. Everyone has been very accomodating and helpful. I had to have Maintenance fix a couple things right after move in and it was done quickly and they even did a few extra things they didn’t have to.
The apartments are nice and it is pretty quiet. I have been very happy with it up to this point.
I have to point out that the office staff has been exceptional. I had some issues with some of the staff at the last place I lived and had a lot of chaotic things going on when I moved in here. The girls in the office have been very friendly and helpful in everyway and have taken care of every issue I’ve had. A real breath of fresh air to my experiences at other places.
I would highly recommend. Whole heartedly a 5 star rating.
