I am a musician, was traveling through Mississippi and I just wandered in this store looking for a vintage hat. Found it. If you are looking for a store with some of the best, most diverse vintage fashion in the South, this may be it. The Attic has that old small town charm that immediately engaged me. I also purchased a vintage sweater for kicks. If you are anywhere remotely close to Columbus, Mississippi, check this place out. The staff is very helpful. I know I’ll be back sooner than later, if only for another hat.

I wish there were more stars so that I could this store a ten. Amazing selection of gorgeous vintage clothes, really helpful and friendly service, and a great setting in the bottom floor of a cool historic house. Make no mistake, this in real vintage, not thrift or consignment. The prices are pretty reasonable, however. And they have everything, including vintage bathing suits, shoes, hats, accessories, baby clothes, coats, furs, wedding dresses, and formal dresses.
Just go. Try something on. You’ll be glad you did.
