Best Pizza anywhere and garlic knots are a hit, too. Good pasta dishes and I love the Eggplant Parm. Worth the drive from Spartanburg.

Just happened to stop here off I 26 on our way to Asheville. Very pleasantly surprised, great privately owned place. I definitely recommend.

Great ambiance and great food. Had a calzone that was perfect. Kids had a cheese pizza that was very well done. Another had a burger that was big, juicy, and fresh. Will definitely return!

This place has FABULOUS pizza, calzone and Stromboli(and more). We’ve been coming here for years and the food has never disappointed. Tonight however the service was HORRIBLE! Our server was new(she said so) and she totally lived up to my incredibly low expectations. Our order was wrong and she NEVER came back after we ordered. Thank goodness for the rest of the staff. They stepped in and took good care of us. We will be back in spite of a this experience.

This place reminds me of the pizza places in Chicago. Everything and I mean everything is made from fresh ingredients. The pizza dough, marinara sauce, even the salad dressings are made in-house. My daughter ordered the small fettuchini Alfredo and took half of it home. My wife ordered the hot wings and beer battered onion rings. The wings had a nice crisp breading and the sauce was a buttery HOT garlic. I had the Reuben sandwich. It had very lean meat and just the right amount of cheese and sour kraut. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked awesome and I can’t wait to go back and get a pizza. They do have a selection of beer and wines.

Surprisingly, this place actually has some good pizza. It’s the best in the area actually, granted there are not many choices, but the staff is friendly, family owned, and the pizza is not too greasy. Make sure to stop in here if you get a chance!!!

We enjoy their pizza. It is even better when you eat it right out of their oven but take home is good too. We’ve had several items and all are good. It’s not fine dining okay so keep that in mind. When you’re in the mood for tasty filling Italian food at reasonable prices in a comfortable pizzeria style atmosphere, this is THE place to go.

Being a local, living literally 20 minutes down the road from The Brick, I was stunned the first time I visited their establishment! The handmade pizza dough is as mouthwatering as it gets… consider their Garlic Knots a must try(light and fluffy stuffed with only the finest mozzarella cheese and can be filled with whichever toppings you wish!) The service was also top knotch, from our server being as helpful to walk us through the menu to other co-workers constantly overseeing our table– a five star rating, no question– be SURE to check them out for a piece of local hometown America when you’re in town!

Honestly, if not for the garlic knots this place would have only gotten two stars from me… but we will get back to those later. From the outside the place looks promising. Step inside and your welcomed to roughly packed booths and tables. The décor is random and all over the place, even on the ceiling(less would deffinetly be more I’m this case). Moving onto the food: the pizza has almost no cheese and is all bread. For what they charge for their pizza I didn’t expect them to be so bare. They seem to be stingy with the toppings. The garlic knots are extremely good though. Not your typical knots as they are small but stuffed full of cheese and you gay about 12 of them with a side of marinara sauce. My whole family was fighting over them the moment they hit the table

The staff was extremely friendly. I thought the little air plane hung up aroun the restaurant were super cute since they were made out of Pepsi and coke cans. The pizza was ok, but the garlic knots are a must get; they are stuffed with mozzarella cheese, and they give you marinara sauce to go with it. Everyone in there came with family, and it was just a nice atmosphere to be in while having dinner.

The pizza is the best you can get between Asheville NC and Greenville SC, if you have the time get the Sicilian. BUT be warned… this place has some of the worst service. Not that they are rude or anything but they just aren’t good at time management. The servers seem to be running around with their heads cut off but not actually accomplishing anything. More times then not you will walk in to see dirty tables with all the dishes still on them. Your waiter will great you quickly but you won’t see much of them after that. The pizza can take awhile, of course if you get the Sicilian it takes time, but if it gets even a little busy it is obvious the kitchen becomes overwhelmed and you will experience long delays in getting food. Your drinks will run out and you will sit there for a long time wondering where your bill is. This place is in serious need of real managers and proper training. Also, the décor is so very tacky. There is pointless, dusty, old items all over the place. It doesn’t add anything to the ambiance, if anything it makes the place feel very dated and confused. And now they sell Bison and Elk burgers… this is a pizza joint right? I don’t think the owners know what they are doing.

I used to love the pizza at The Brick. Last 2 times there has been something different. Now it just seems like generic«get it anywhere» pizza. I’ve heard there may be different owners. Something sure has changed and I don’t plan to go there again.

The food here is usually pretty good. It has been inconsistant with quality of food & service on a number of occassions, but it hasn’t been bad enough not to go back. The cheese on there pizza has NOT been consistant over the past 3 years. One night, even though it came straight from the kitchen to our table, the cheese on the pizza has zero strings. It tasted ok, but the texture was strange. I figured it must have been low-fat or something? Not sure. Anyhow, the server didn’t come back to check on us, and the hungry kids devoured everything, so I didn’t really get a chance to ask, or I would have. The calzones, strombolis & garlic knots have always been very good here. I’d love to be able to rate it a 4 – 5, but the inconsistancy has been an issue for the amount of times we’ve eaten here. If you go here without high expectations, you will probably not be very disappointed and overall satisfied with your food.

My parents live in Mill Spring, and every time I come to visit we always make an effort to stop at The Brick for garlic rolls! They are awesome!

Came for the Pizza — and was not disappointed. Having live in north Jersey before moving back down south, I always make note of decent pizza places — and this one got added last night! Fresh ingredients, chewy — but not tough — crust, and decent prices. The 5-ingredient Supreme is made of which ever 5 ingredients you decide — a nice treat.
