I’m in love!
As a new Columbus resident, I was so nervous about finding a new place to get my hair done. A friend recommended Brandy at Cachet, and my goodness do I feel lucky to have found her! She is so talented, and, based on how cute the other women look coming out of this salon, I have reason to believe the other stylists are fantastic as well.
This is a relatively small, friendly, well-​appointed salon with a strong sense of customer service. I was touched to receive a lovely hand-​written note from the owners after my first appointment, and have been able to get a same-​week appointment easily. I am really excited to be a patron of such a great small business, and highly recommend Cachet for a haircut!

I visited The Cachet to have my dark hair bleached to platinum. I needed someone confident and skilled to do this. Linda, one of the owners, spent time helping me get the exact look I wanted. More than just well done, she made this big experience wonderful. She is so positive. More than that, her other stylists are very good as well, I will be getting retouches regularly and have complete confidence in Britt. If you are considering a dramatic change, start here!

Received a gift certificate to The Cachet Salon. I’ve always been a fan of other local salons in town and in the beginning only went because it was free. Well, I was happily surprised and am an now a convert. The salon is clean and well kept, and it’s very fuss free but still nice. The front desk staff are wonderful and very helpful. Cassie in particular is fantastic. She takes time to listen to what you would like and has very constructive insight as to what might look better and the thing I love most is she is as creative as can be. I hate having the same color each time and she has delivered amazing cuts and color every time.
If you’re looking for a great hidden gem that is very well priced with a talented team, this is the place for you!
