Have used this service for several months now. They consistently do a great job with an eye for detail. Everything is very clear up front, and there is flexibility if I want to add or remove a room or area week to week. The owners have been accommodating when a scheduling issue arises, and the one time something wasn’t satisfactory, they immediately sent someone out to make it right. But, that only occurred once when someone was filling in for one of my regular workers, as the house has looked fantastic all other times. I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority.
