there isn’t a day that goes by that i don’t use something that simi taught me. i have finally gotten over the guilt of feeding my body what it’s asking for while losing inches and going down an entire size. yesterday was the first time i bought jeans without having a miserable day! best of all, simi makes her program easy to follow and engage with – there are so many options, from webinars to phone calls to in-person visits. i recommend her plan wholeheartedly to anyone who is tired of dieting and wants to make friends with their body once and for all!

From the minute you meet Simi, you feel at ease. Any judgement you may have expected immediately dissipates and it’s clear you’re in a safe spot to share anything you’re feeling.
