So far; so good. Staff has been very friendly. Multiple options: monthly/no contract, individual visit specials. Happy I joined.

Super friendly & helpful staff! And great prices! I especially love that I can pay for 5 sessions instead of a monthly membership if I want. And I saw results right away!

Yesterday was my second visit to The Tan Spot. I was disappointed in the fact that I experienced no results the first time I went several weeks ago. Since then I have been to several different salons in different cities with decent tanning results. I decided to upgrade to a better bed this time. The staff seem to have a bit of a «flight attendant» attitude. They asked no questions about my tanning history and immediately told me that I could only tan 6 – 7 minutes in a 12 minute bed. I started to explain that I tan weekly and believed it would be appropriate if I tanned longer… but I was interrupted before I had an opportunity to finish. After being put in my place, I went to Bed #5 — as instructed. I wasn’t given any instruction on how to start the bed, so I pressed all of the buttons I could find. Nothing worked. I called the salon with my cell phone and they apologized for forgetting to turn it on. The bed promptly came on, only to find one of the facial bulbs were burned out. I was a little amused by the clock radio placed next to the head rest in the bed. Overall, it appears as though I’ve wasted my money and time twice at the Tanning Spot. It looks like I need to find a new«spot» when I come to Columbus. The Tanning Spot pales in comparison to other salons I’ve visited.(pun intended)
