The owner Jeff is very helpful and kind, he listened to my frustrations about my PC not working 30 days after taking it there the first time. Although my PC was unable to be fixed, they went out of their way to help me by backing up my files to load onto my new PC and allowed me to borrow a PC in the interim until I could purchase one. They also recently hired a new PC tech who has much better customor service skills then the one who was there a while back.

I’ve been back to Technology Connection twice now and each time my experience has worsened. The owner, Jeff, is truly a nice guy and wants to do right by everyone, but they are either too busy, understaffed, or just off their game. Both times I was back in with repair needs communication was very poor and stated completion times were never met.
I could never get anyone on the phone and messages may or may not be returned. I had to «drop by» to get answers on repair status and was once was never called when my pc was ready for pick up. They took 10 days to finish a diagnostic they said would be done by end of day the day I dropped it off.
Poor communication has really taken this place of my list for recommendation.

Amazing customer service! Don’t go anywhere else!

Our family had what we call an emergency need for our TV with guests coming for an NBA rivalry game. Jeff answered the call & literally saved the day. Trivial needs given the world today, however the customer service was way above & beyond. Our 3^rd time with TC & SO grateful.

The Technology connection installed a 2gig alarm system for my house, it’s a wireless system, the tech was in and out within 45 minutes. With this system I can control a-​lot thru my smart phone, like alarm stay, alarm way, disarm, I can control the thermostat, open and close the door, camera and a lot more features. The price was very low compared to other companies. The best thing about this system is that is wireless (no holes on your walls and no wires running, and controlling everything from your phone, I did a test on the system to see how fast they would respond, they called me in 47 seconds, I think is very fast. At my business location I have ADT usually it takes them 5 – 10 minutes to respond. Thank you technology connection for the great service. You rock!!!
