Karen is the best UPS employee I have ever encountered. She does a fantastic job packing all my items that I sell on eBay along with providing exceptional customer service. This location, is by far the most professional and enjoyable UPS experience I have encountered.

I stopped by to drop off a package while rushing between errands. Staff were friendly and the store is very clean. They got me out in less than a minute. Nice job!

I didn’t realize you could have UPS deliver to their stores. This is useful if you need to sign for something but can’t be home during their delivery window, don’t want something left on your porch, etc. It was easy to go online and select the closest store.
So, that’s how I ended up here. Been nearby many times but didn’t have a need to stop in. It’s small, but has the basics for shipping: boxes, packing materials. Also a copier and they’ll do simple printing and they have a notary. They can even send stuff US mail.
Service was very good. The process of picking up was simple. I’ll keep this in mind for next time.
