I screen print in my spare time and had a job that required a few hundred sheets of card stock to be cut. I usually cut by hand, but I was pressed for time, so I thought I’d give the UPS store a whirl.
The three employees behind the register seemed really confused about what I needed: «cut this paper to 5×7″ please». After a few minutes of awkward looks and huffs and puffs, one of the three went in the back and took care of it for me.
The cut job was great, well worth the $ 5 I paid but the confusion of the staff was a little unsettling to me. Maybe it was just an off-day. Or maybe I’m the only weirdo who screen prints a few hundred 5×7″ prints in my spare time…
