Wonderful Tim Horton’s who is always willing to donate to our organization that supports local families of children with Congenital Heart Defects. We are very thankful to the staff and management and always enjoy their service and food!

The staff here is untrained and unprofessional. The manager was gripping on them relentlessly but he is equally unprofessional. They ruined my food and I embarrassed to bring it to my meeting. I will not go to this location again, just terrible!

The manager seems pretty burnt out. The staff also looks like they need to be replaced. I’ve been inside twice and both times the manager was getting into it with either an employee or a customer. In his defense I don’t think he was completely in the wrong but it’s not a comfortable atmosphere

This is probably my least favorite location I’ve ever visited. The manager is rude, this leads the staff tone careless and less service oriented. I order 10pack assorted TimBits for my daughter and they passout 4 old fashion plain and 6 coconut chocolate something nasty. Not to mention they handed me a small when I paid for a large mocha latte. Prices are too high for something that can’t compare to Starbucks. I asked for a receipt BC I knew I was over charged and then they girl takes the small back dumps it and makes me a large as if she knew all along? Uh, I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the store manager. As far as I know this location closes early-like ten pm and is apparently always out of manners. Just drive the extra mile and find Starbucks-even the the drive thru doesn’t make up for the way you feel after leaving. #BadServiceCanRuinEvenTheBestTreats Ps pumpkinspice syrup here is gross. But the muffin is good!

Typical Tim Horton’s. I have never actually been inside because I’m lazy and like to avoid as much social interaction as possible. I think the regular coffee kind of sucks, but the iced capp is golden. One time they gave me a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese instead of a plain bagel with regular cream cheese. They insisted that I keep it because all they could do was throw it away, but who would want to keep that? They changed their hours, which is pretty inconvenient, because as someone who used to and still occasionally works night shift, it was a good 24 hour place to get coffee, though there are still 24 hour locations, just not any that are convenient for me.

If you are the type of person who needs their morning meal to thrive, skip this place. I’ve probably driven through here 50 times and they manage to mess up my order 90% of the time. That’s astonishing considering I only get a coffee and bagel. Go to another THo. This one is nothing but careless

I’m not sure how this place stays open. I’ve been here on numerous occasions & they always seem to be magically out of what I want, whether it be food, pastry, or beverage. On the rare occasion that they’re not out of something, you’ll get someone who doesn’t know how to make something plainly listed on the menu behind them. I keep getting duped into going back, thinking«Maybe this time it won’t suck!», but it never happens. It’s a shame, because I love me some TimHo’s.

True 24 hour location that has food at all hours of the night, plus a friendly 3rd shift staff with fresh coffee. Much better then other Tim Horton’s locations.

When I stop here, it’s usually through the drive-thru on my way to work for a bagel or a small oatmeal. My order is usually correct. I think it’s only been wrong once. :) The only complaint I’d have about the drive-thru is how often they don’t give change. Some people never offer the penny back. Some people ask if you want the penny back. Some people just give you the penny. It’s inconsistent. And I’m left wondering… what happens to that penny I never got back? The TSA made $ 400,000 last year from coins people left behind. Do the pennies go into a Tim Hortons upgrade fund? A donation box? An employee’s pocket? Not long ago, I stopped by after my knitting group around 9pm and they had hardly any donuts left. I ordered two different kinds before they told me what they had available. Once in a while I will stop inside during the morning if I have extra time or the drive-thru line is long. They are usually pleasant, but if they aren’t the nicest, it’s because they’ve got a line of people all the way to the door. I know what it’s like to feel rushed.

This is another business I’m 90% sure I reviewed before, but alas… no review. Weird. See, I had this really bad experience here a few years back. Well, the experience itself wasn’t so bad, but the price point was. Incredibly mediocre and tiny sandwich for $ 6 and change, when I could get a monstrosity twice as large from a local purveyor with a full bar elsewhere in the city. Be that as it may, the service is quick and courteous, the coffee is pretty darn good(add it to the list of fast food chains with solid coffee, alongside White Castle and Dunkin Donuts), and the donuts are decent. I must have arrived right on time because there was no line to speak of when I stopped in this morning to cash in my free donut and free coffee promotional cups. Not long after, though, at least five people were in some stage of the ordering process. The line in the drive-thru was bumping too. While this will date my review, that bit about the free coffee and donut probably caught your eye. They’ve got a promo going on right now celebrating 25 years of Timmy’s. Roll up the rim of a coffee cup, and you have a chance to win some prizes. It’s actually a bit tricky to find out if you’ve one. I got mine from a CD101 coffee giveaway outside of a show no one was going to(Pete Yorn and Ben Kweller; the giant line was for Chipotle BOGO burritos — also why I was there). I was basically assured I would get a free coffee and donut. I think somehow CD101 had procured a sleeve of winners. I haven’t finished my large Timmy’s yet, so it remains to be seen if I’m a loser the second time around.

TiHo, We need to talk. You are rude to me and forget my order. Yet I keep coming back to you. You give me sass. I give you money. If your doughnuts were not so yum, I would not come back to you. …Except that your location is close to my house and I am a lazy donut-loving person. Also, my true love is your breakfast sandwich, whicn you only serve til 11. TiHo, sometimes I sleep in. And when I do I sleep in late. And I still want a breakfast sandwich when I wake. I frequently run into high school students playing hooky here. Also truancy officers. Teenagers beware!

Their sandwiches are the micro-miniskirts of the culinary world – tiny, overpriced, and reveal questionable meat – but the coffee is the best for my money this side of Buckeye Donuts. And the young men and women who tend the counter and the drive through window have been unerringly pleasant when i come there digging through my change to pay for that big creamy cup of java.

OK for a timmy’s location but there are better in C-bus. I was disappointed to find one of my favorites was«not in stock» when I visited this location. Service was ok, seemed like the cashier was not into working on a weekend morning shift(I don’t blame them, but work is work, put up or shut up). Facility was neat and tidy though.
