This location is close to a doctor that I visit. When I visit the doctor, I always stop for a donut and some coffee. Typically, their staff is really accommodating and really on point with taking orders. Though, I was in there one time and it seemed like forever before I was helped. Their donuts are always delicious, and I’ve never had a problem with them otherwise.

They’re losing me as a customer. The hash browns taste old and stale, the iced tea tastes scorched and moldy. Usually the breakfast sandwiches are ok.

I love Tim Hortons and I travel all over the state for work. This is hands down the worst location in Ohio. The staff is consistently rude, cold food, stale doughnuts, and slow service. I pass this location every day and drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit another location.

So tired of this location! Insert the whole«if I could give zero stars, I would.» The only thing that this location is consistent about is inconsistency. More often than not, your order is a Tim hortons fail. Going on a wild limb here, company training must suck. When you order coffee drinks – hot, cold, frozen, whatever – the sizes of the cups and the taste of the drink is different EVERY time. You could have 5 employees make you the same drink and I guarantee each one will be different – whether it’s the same employee making 5 different drinks or 5 different employees making 5 drinks!!. The large iced mocha latte for example, I get this religiously and 3 out of 5 times it’s not right. They put it in a medium sized cup, not the large. It will taste like they put some dirt in the cup, added some water and ice, and topped it with whip cream. The two times out of five that it is right. It will be in the actual large size cup, have some sweetness to it, and be a Tim hortons win. But the wins are far too sporadic and aren’t good enough to outweigh the serious irritation and disappointment of the fails. Seriously guys, go the extra distance to a different location because this one is a mess, or avoid it altogether and just go down a light to starbucks. And to Tim hortons: for the love of all things holy – it’s called training. Invest the time and effort for your employees because this is ridiculous.

Sadly, they messed up two different customer orders that resulted in remaking two different sandwiches. The coffee is amazing, I think its a case of specialization, just stick to what you’re good at… the soap was empty, and the second stall was out of paper. Room for improvement.

I ordered some donuts from here late at night. They weren’t that great. I mean, it’s tough to mess up doughnuts, but I’ve definitely had better doughnuts at gas stations. They didn’t seem to have anything unique or special. Anyways, I will say that I had a yogurt based drink that was orange and it was delicious. It tasted like a dreamsicle with more fruit. That was good, the girl at the drive through window was really nice, but the doughnuts were just disappointing. I take doughnuts pretty seriously. I’d try it again if I could walk inside and look at the selection, though. The crullers weren’t bad, though.

I used to have coffee at either of Starbucks or Bruegger’s. In contrast to them, at least, its service offered by this particular site is much less competitive. Besides, I am not comfortable by asking the cashier for small-plastic-packaged cream rather than having a big bottle of fresh cream prepared customer to use.

I’ve been a huge fan of Tim Hortons for well over a decade but this particular location is an absolute nightmare. Sadly, it’s the only location near my home. I’ve given them several chances through two or three management changes but they continue to give awful service and bad attitude. I’ve seen them openly mock customers, shrug their shoulders when something is wrong and never once have they apologized for making a mistake. They routinely run out of items early in the morning and usually do not have seasonal specials that are heavily advertised. This is not a real Tim Hortons. Two years of this, I won’t go back.

Horrible service-slow, they ran out of everything at 9:30 am and the girl who took our order-very rude.

Tim Hortons has the best coffe in the world! I am not even a coffee drinker but ever since they put out the coupons Buy a coffee, get afree donut I have been hooked! The donuts aren’t so great but I love me some French Vanilla at $ 1.50 for a small with with free flavor shots! You can’t beat the rpice or the flavor, and would be out of your mind to go to Starbucks when there are Tim Hortons everywhere that taste so much better!
