Tim Hortons

I love this timmy’s. Everyone is super friendly and the service is fast. It is great to see this kind of consistency in fast food. The food is always well cooked and the product is consistent day after day. Best tim hortons in ohio. Oh and they have wifi. The atmosphere is great. They have an lcd tv and fireplace which makes the enviromwnt more cozy. They rebuilt it recently so the booth are comfy for you. Keep it up.

My favorite Tim’s. Speedy drive-​thru. Great service. Awesome coffee. The only complaint is that they don’t have a sign or anything notifying people that they can’t roll into the drive thru from the back entrance if there are people already in line on the property. I have sent several complaints about this to the store and corporate because I am so tired of being 6^th in line and then people in front of me let 2 or 3 cars in. No response from either store or corporate. I know it shouldn’t be a big deal but come on. Their time is no more valuable than mine. It’s the principle of it.

the first three time i went the food was really good and so were the donut’s. But Three week later the food suck the breakfast sandwiches the eggs were brown and nasty so i took it back and was told by a very rude male manger that all the eggs are brown. the donut were greasy and nasty the coffee tasted like water. dude if ya dont like your job go workin in the city dump where you dont have to be around people at all !!

Lunch items are few and not very tasty. I go there only as a last resort.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Tim Hortons as a franchise. LOVE their food, especially their breakfast sandwiches and their coffee has to be the best out of all the fast food restaurants. I just happen to be very unhappy with this particular location for the following reasons: 1) About 80% of the time they screw up my order 2) 50% of the time, coffee is dripping on the side of the cup — not good when you are on the way to work! 3) No napkins or a single sheet of tiny little napkin in the bag that’s pretty much worthless 4) frosted donuts face down on the bottom of the bag — seriously?!
So, seriously I have no idea what is going on with this location, but I will stop by other locations for my Tim Horton’s fix.

Staff is always friendly at this location and very quick! I sure love donuts!!! Happy national donut day!
