Had a tri bike worked on there and owner was not helpful and put the brake pads on backward. After leaving the shop, I felt uncomfortable about riding the bike and took it to another shop and they found the brake pads on backward! So dangerous. There is more, but I will just leave it to the most dangerous bungle.

Friends recommended the store to buy what I needed for my first Tri. Leanne was very helpful, and presented great product recommendations, whether on sale or full price. She was very knowledgable and friendly. Great selection in store, I’ll definitely be back

Very knowledgable, easy to shop with, no attitude, just friendly assistance. They helped me save money where I could without making me feel like a loser for spending less in some areas. I always enjoy my visits here. I ask a lot of questions and they always have great answers and advice.

I was referred to this shop as a newbie to triathlon, stating«that I’d be in good hands». This referral was spot-on. The proprietor, Chris, coaches his customers through the process of triathlon — from food/fuel to clothing to the hardware. He’s not pushy, and is an expert in the field because he’s raced for years. Beyond his racing, and business, he and his shop support local events on weekends by providing on-site repair and maintenance on race day. A great community member and overall great store. I recommend you to them, you’ll be «in good hands».

I am new to cycling and don’t have a lot of experiences with LBSs. The Tri-Tech Multisport staff have been extremely helpful and understanding. Being new to anything can come with some worries that your experience is correlated to the time a business will spend teaching and accommodating you. I had been looking for a bike and the one I wanted, Felt Speed 50, had been out of production for awhile. They had two, one in my size. I wasn’t sure about the 54″ frame they had left(I am 5’9″) but instead of letting me walk out the door they cut a deal. After some adjustments, some riding and some more adjustments over two days, I was very happy! They are geared toward higher end and performance product, but this beginner was treated with respect. Customer for life.

Small shop that sells and services Felts, Scotts, Cervelo, Pinarello. Triathlon-Centric. I’ve been in here a few times to check out the high end bikes. Each time, I’ve received a warm welcome but it wasn’t until today that I decided it was worth Unilocaling about. I was mid-ride through the area and my saddle became loose. In the process of trying to tighten it, my friend and I thought we had stripped the bolt. Thankfully we were two miles away and as I proceeded to ask them if they could help, they quickly looked at my bike, took off the saddle, and asked me what the problem was. Apparently I hadn’t stripped the bolt and everything was fine. Since I was already at a bike shop, I asked if he could look at my brakes(Yea, I know. maybe that was kind of annoying) He didn’t hesitate and tweaked the barrel adjusters and viola! I don’t know why I didn’t think of doing that. Anyway, I was waiting to see if he’d charge me and though I was more than happy to pay, he said it was on the house! Free help is always great, but I still felt bad so I spent $ 10 on some drinks and gels. The best part was that even though I owned an 06′ Cannondale Optimo that didn’t measure up to the bike they often see, they treated me with a lot of respect and there wasn’t a pretentious tone about it. Bottom line, its like walking into a Ferrari dealership and asking them to fix my Honda’s brake light.
