U-Haul Moving & Storage at Parsons Ave

The truck they gave me to move supposedly had 15,000 miles, the thing looked like it went through a warzone. I would expect this from «Shadee-​R-​Us» truck rentals but my experiences with U-​hauls in the past were a lot better than this one.
Problems with our truck:
–overdrive broke, the control knob broken and hanging off the shift lever.
–A/​C squealed so bad we couldn’t turn it on.
–Back latch broke, to close door (latch stuck) had to use crowbar.
–transmission slipped at least once.
–Fantastic gas mileage, 40 miles on 7.5 gallons (17 foot box truck).
–Interior smelled like it had been used to haul cheebah across the border (truck plates from arizona,. possible?)
–Warning signals/​lights on dash display mimicked electric light parade.
–25 second alarm buzzer after starting truck each time.
My problems with the store itself:
–no night time drop box, no instructions for dropping off after 7pm. We shoved key through the door and called back in the morning.
–gave truck to us with «full tank» meaning ⁷⁄₈ full.
–tried to upsell us on useless crap, no I don’t need boxes, I packed two days ago!
–attendant joking about stealing my credit card while ringing me up.
maybe it’s the neighborhood the store is in, but you wont find me hauling with this uhaul location ever again.
